BNA Vision and New Horizon Capital Development Program

Culminating in February 2024, BNA® Vision was a comprehensive growth and expansion plan crucial for maintaining Nashville International Airport® (BNA®) as a world-class facility. By addressing Middle Tennessee’s booming population and the airport’s record-breaking passenger increases, BNA® Vision set the stage for the future.

BNA Vision includes, among other projects: (i) construction of Terminal Garage 1 (as defined herein) and Terminal Garage 2 (as defined herein); (ii) construction of the Grand Plaza and Authority administration building; (iii) construction of the Grand Lobby and international arrivals facility with six new T-Gates; (iv) reconstruction and expansion of Concourse D to accommodate six additional aircraft gates, which also includes the construction of a new central utility plant; (v) construction of an 8-gate satellite concourse (the “Satellite Concourse”); and construction of certain airfield and roadway improvements.  Nearly all of the projects in BNA Vision have been completed and all are fully funded.
