BNA New Horizon

New Horizon has a total estimated cost of approximately $2.96 billion, and is divided into New Horizon I, which comprises airside projects and has a total estimated cost of approximately $1.62 billion, and New Horizon II, which comprises landside projects and has an estimated cost of approximately $1.34 billion.

New Horizon I includes, among other projects: (i) the Concourse D Extension, which opened on July 8, 2025 and expanded Concourse D from 6 gates to 11 gates; (ii) the Concourse A Reconstruction project, which consists of the complete demolition of the existing Concourse A and the reconstruction of a new 374,000 square foot Concourse A with 16 gates and certain improvements to the main terminal building, including 24 additional ticket counters (demolition of the existing Concourse A is currently in progress); (iii) improvements to the existing baggage handling system (the initial phases of the improvements are currently in progress); and (iv) expansion of the Central Ramp (project is currently in progress).

New Horizon II includes, among other projects: (a) roadway projects (project is currently in progress); and (b) the construction of a new consolidated rental car facility (project is currently in the planning stage), a new parking garage (project is currently in the planning stage) and a new surface parking lot to be used for employee parking and valet parking overflow (project is currently in progress).
